3) How can I make an appointment for an evaluation?

For Medical-legal cases, Dr. Addario's office accepts appointments from the one of the following representatives of your case, attorney, court, or insurance company.

4) How will I know if an appointment has been made for me?

You will receive a letter, in the mail, documenting your appointment time, day and date. It will also provide you with information regarding what will take place during your visit.
